Am I tied into a contract?

Our subscriptions are renewed monthly. You are able to pause, cancel at any given time and your subscription will not renew for the following month.

Is there a set up fee?

No, set-up is free and includes creating/launching your branded website and mobile apps.

What’s included with my subscription?

How many users can I have with my subscription?

We do not have any limitations to the numbers of user seats.

If I want to cancel my subscription do you send me all my client information?

All customer, order, and payment profiles can be exported from our system. We export your data in CSV format and you can use this to import to a new system or view in a spreadsheet editor like microsoft excel.

Do I need additional equipment to use the software?

No additional equipment is required. The software will work with Windows, Mac, Android & iOS and multiple devices.

What software/hardware do you integrate with?

We partner with multiple third party platforms to give you a more powerful, automated experience. Some of our partners include: Stripe, GiftUp, Twilio. Contact us to request more details on integrations.

Do you offer ongoing technical support?

Technical support is available 365 days a year at no cost.

Do you provide training for the software?

We will train you and your staff on all the platforms so that your team is ready to process orders.

Can I use this software if I don’t have pickup & delivery?

Yes, our “Website Only” plan is designed for businesses that do not offer a delivery service.

Does this software work for dry cleaning?

Yes, we have created our software to work with both laundromats and dry-cleaning.

How secure is the software?

We use the latest security protocols and procedures to ensure your data is safe and secure. This includes a free SSL certificate, PCI compliance, and firewall protected servers.

How long does it take to set up my website & mobile apps?

This ranges from 1 day to 2 weeks depending on the complexity of your business.

Is the software white-labeled (my branding)?

All client facing website and apps are white labeled with your branding and color scheme.

Do you offer logo / branding services?
